What we offer

Calculations

Temporary works design calculations are an integral part of the process ensuring a safe, efficient solution. Scaffold design calculations test and substantiate the initial drawings – assessing them to confirm that they will actually work.

Surveys (site visits)

Our site surveyors inspect the area of a proposed construction project to gather information for a design or an estimate to complete the initial tasks required. It can determine a precise location, access, best orientation and site constraints.

CAD Drawings

There is no perfect design without a precise drawing. Providing CAD services is a crucial part of the modern design approach. We create highly detailed 2D and 3D drawings that are the backbone of our work and are used throughout the entire process of a design project.

3D Models

3D Models help our visions come together with relative ease. Modern 3D modelling provides a level of design depth that sketches or 2D designs cannot, such as improved control over details. Based on a 2D drawing, clients sometimes might have difficulties visualising a finished design.

Inspections

Inspections can highlight potential issues and prevent costly remedial work. We can inspect any scaffold structure, giving you peace of mind, your scaffold is compliant and safe to use, erected “as per design” or up to recognised industry standards.

Pre tender design

Our skills and experience are demonstrated through our in-house design capabilities, which we apply as part of our pre-tender support. These are of particular value when projects are in highly populated locations or when projects require bespoke solutions.

As-built designs

We can provide designs for structures already erected. Starting with the site meeting, we will record the existing structure, and provide solutions to ensure full compliance, highlighting any areas to be modified.
